In the "Bierhaus en d'r Salzgass" we have brought the old brewery tradition back to life. In earlier times the brewery "ZUR TÄSCH" was situated here. The Cologne Brewer's Register shows that beer was brewed her between 1838 and 1907.
In the Cardinal Frings Room we offer a cosy brewery atmosphere for about 80-90 guests which nevertheless can always delve into our wreaths of beer, the Kränzjen. You can also experience this treat in all our separate reservation areas.
We are happy to offer our services away from our premises, at your events with food, beverages and staff via our catering service. We are also pleased to be able to advise you on birthdays, weddings, company parties etc. designed individually for you according to your own conception and wishes.
There are also a number of handy high tables where guest in a hurry can come and enjoy a quick glass or two of Kölsch. Sometimes, however, such short stays can last until late in the evening.
We couple the hospitality of the Rhine with its delicious cuisine and add to that the ability to satisfy an international audience.
